Please note, most orders need to be placed at least 72 hours in advance. For custom pastries 4 or more day notice are desired.

Breakfast Pastries
At Alaska Cake Studio we make all our products with only the very best ingredients. The following is a sample of assorted favorites and traditional pastries. Our pastries are baked daily to ensure freshness..

Croissant —
As in France, a light, flaky breakfast pastry with a wonderful buttery flavor that is never greasy.

Almond Croissant —
Our classic croissant filled with delicious almond cream. It is topped with roasted almonds.

Chocolate Croissant —
Our chocolate croissant is filled with decadent dark chocolate.

Butter Pecan Croissant —
A balance of sweet buttery cream filling and toasted pecans wrapped in flaky croissant dough.

White Chocolate Lingonberry Croissant —
A sweet white chocolate and tart Lingonberry filling wrapped in flaky croissant dough.

Seasonal Croissant —
Monthly we offer a seasonal chef choice using our buttery flaky pastry with a wonderful filling that will tantalize the taste buds.

Scones —
Our moist buttery tasting scones rotate daily with black current, lemon or cherry along with a monthly special.

Cookies
Cookies —
An assortment of favorites: chocolate chip, oat meal raisin, peanut butter, ginger, shortbread, and others.

Jam Bars —
Two of the top customer favorites, lemon and raspberry. Occasionally seasonal favorites.

Brownies —
Rich dark fudgy chocolate brownie topped with either nuts or cheesecake.

Chocolates
Assorted Chocolates —
Wonderful handmade candies created with only the finest couverture chocolate. Our chocolates can be enjoyed individually or taken home.

Assorted Fudge —
Wonderful fudge with flavors only made and created by our experienced chefs. We love taking classic dessert favorites and creating fudge flavors; such as lemon meringue pie, black forest, turtle and cookies and cream. Our fudge can be enjoyed individually in our fudge bites or boxed and taken home.

Many flavors will rotate through the seasons and are subject to availability.

Cakes & Cupcakes
Try the Carrot Cake made with carrots, pineapple, coconut and walnuts or the chocolate Obsession cake made with 66% dark chocolate ganache, or our famous Classic New York Cheese Cake prepared with a traditional graham crust.

Carrot Cake –
Old fashion cake with carrots and pineapple, coconut and walnuts finished with cream cheese frosting and spice crumbs.

Chocolate Obsession Cake –
Layers of our moist chocolate cake with chocolate infusion and chocolate butter cream made with 66% dark Chocolate ganache finished with dark chocolate ganache striping and chocolate shavings

“Classic” New York Cheese Cake –
This New Your cheese cake is prepared with a traditional graham crust it is super rich and decadently creamy it can be topped with a wide selection of our house made curds, sauces, ganache, or seasonal fruits.

Cupcakes –
Our cupcake offerings change daily and monthly. Check in often to see our selection from our red velvet to lemon lavender they are sure to please.
Our monthly cupcake is a seasonal offering created by our talented pastry chefs.

Mousses
Rich and creamy our mousses are available in any flavor combination. From Key lime, tangerine, to Marsala or any custom flavor you can imagine. They are available in chocolate cups or tarts.

Individuals –
We have individuals for all tastes. The following are a few of our customer favorites: Lemon Mousse Delight, Turtle Pyramid, Madagascar, Peanut Butter Blast, Milk Chocolate Ganache Tart, Chocolate Berry Savarin and Espresso Bundt. We have many flavors that are seasonal so please stop into the bakery or contact the staff for a current selection.

Lemon Mousse Delight –
White chocolate lemon silk mousse with a buttery shortbread crust and enrobed in lemon silk and rimmed with white chocolate shavings.

Turtle Pyramid –
Dark chocolate caramel silk striped with rich 66% dark chocolate ganache rimmed with pecans on a pecan shortbread crust.

Madagascar –
Madagascar vanilla mousse enrobed with 70% dark chocolate ganache on a shortbread crust rimmed with dark chocolate shavings and garnished with zebra curls.

Peanut Butter Blast –
This is an amazing peanut dessert made with white chocolate peanut butter silk capped with 66% dark chocolate ganache served on top of a fresh peanut butter cookie.

Chocolate Ganache Tart –
Rich 40% Valrhona milk chocolate ganache in a buttery shortbread tart shell striped with a 66% dark chocolate ganache.

Chocolate Berry Savarin –
Our dark chocolate silk savarin has a rim of 66% dark chocolate ganache that holds freah seasonal berries and sauce all on a chocolate shortbread cookie crust.

Espresso Bundt –
Rich white chocolate espresso silk on a moist dark chocolate cake base decorated with 66% dark chocolate ganache.

So the pastry case will change daily and weekly according to what fruits are seasonally available along with what our pastry chefs imagine. You will find desserts from éclairs, napoleons, to our white chocolate anise mouse enrobed with dark chocolate... We are sure to tantalize your taste buds and surprise you with our flavor combinations.
