Cake Studio is owned and operated by Will and Vanessa. In May 2007, we opened Confectioner’s Studio, the wholesale and specialty cake bakery.
Cake Studio is our new boutique bakery that specializes in creating the most decadent desserts.
Chef Will has been baking for more than 15 years. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Baking & Pastry. Chef Will
is also an accomplished Chocolatier. He has appeared on the Food Network’s “Food Finds” and has won awards for his recipes. While he is
classically trained in traditional European pastry preparation, Chef Will enjoys stepping out of the cake box to experiment with new flavors
and devise new creations.
Along with baking for Confectioner's Studio and now the Alaska Cake Studio, Chef Will offers his pastry services to the Dena'ina Center and
other high-end hotels and restaurants in Alaska. We also partner with caterers and event planners to provide extraordinary desserts for special
